How do I get what I buy?
Providing all products are in stock, orders placed by 6.00pm are dispatched on a next working day courier service

All payments are currently processed through google checkout. More payment options will be added on with time.

How do I know my transaction is secure?
Your card details are not revealed to us whatsoever, they are securely processed over google checkout secured network connection.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us via email or via online contact form with your order reference number. Orders cancelled by you after dispatch of the goods will be subject to a handling fee which shall cover our reasonable re-stocking and administrative costs.

What do I do if I cannot find what I want?
If you can't source a particular product please e-mail us with your specific requirements and we'll endeavour to find what you need.

I have not received all of my order.
If you receive an incomplete order please e-mail us with the order number and details of the incomplete items. We will endeavour to resolve the problem and get back to you within the same working day.

How do I give you some feedback?
Upon each transaction ecrater will always send you a feedback link where so you could rate our performances.

When will my order arrive?
All items that are in stock and ordered before 6pm on any working day will be dispatched on the same day. The majority of orders will be delivered next working day, with the exception of certain areas of the USA where 2 or 3 working days may be required for delivery. Items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays. Unfortunately we do not deliver at weekends. For items which are ordered and are currently out of stock, we will endeavour to provide you with an accurate date for delivery. If for any reason this date changes, you will be informed immediately via e-mail of any alterations.

What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive by 5.30pm on the expected day of receipt please e-mail us and we will endeavour to locate your goods.
